1General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Badjili Claude ("we", "us", "the Platform") and its users ("you", "member"). The Badjili Claude website, mobile app, and all associated services operate under these Terms.

Badjili Claude is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Badjili Claude reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your automatic acceptance of the updated terms.

2Account Registration & Usage

A valid account must be created to access services on Badjili Claude. Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration is mandatory.

• Each individual may register only one account.
• Multiple members of the same household may share a single payment method.
• Keeping account login credentials confidential is the member's sole responsibility.
• Managing an account on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• If any information provided at registration changes, the support team must be notified immediately.
• An account created with false information may be terminated at any time.

Badjili Claude reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account for investigation upon detection of suspicious activity.

3Age Verification & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on Badjili Claude. This is a non-negotiable requirement with no exceptions.

Any one of the following documents may be required for age verification:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• Birth Registration Certificate (if applicable)

Withdrawals may be placed on hold until age verification is complete. This is part of Badjili Claude's security policy.

4Deposit & Payment Policy

Badjili Claude supports all popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The following conditions apply to deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (BDT two hundred).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• No additional fees on deposits.
• BKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers are accepted.
• Separate terms may apply for cryptocurrency deposits.

Badjili Claude follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to prevent money laundering. Additional verification may be required for large deposits.

5Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met to withdraw winnings from Badjili Claude:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (BDT five hundred).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Specific wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings from bonuses.
• KYC verification is mandatory for the first withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Large withdrawals (above ৳50,000) may take up to 24 hours to process.

Badjili Claude never withholds legitimate withdrawals. However, if fraud or a breach of terms is suspected, payment may be put on hold pending investigation.

6Bonus & Promotions Terms

Badjili Claude offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

General Terms for Bonuses:

• Every bonus comes with a Wagering Requirement (WR) — typically 10 to 35 times the bonus amount.
• There is a set time limit to meet the wagering requirements, typically between 7 and 30 days.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Withdrawing after claiming a bonus may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Badjili Claude reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings in cases of bonus abuse.

7Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activities on Badjili Claude:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake will be refunded.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, Badjili Claude will determine the outcome based on the state of play at the time of the disruption.
• The dealer's decision in Live Casino is final.
• Bets confirmed before an odds change will remain valid at the original odds.
• Maximum bet limits vary by game and are specified on the platform.

Badjili Claude uses RNG (Random Number Generator) certified games, independently verified by third parties. This ensures that every game outcome is completely random and unbiased.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Badjili Claude platform:

• Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to play games.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorization.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other members.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Badjili Claude may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• In cases of Terms and Conditions violations.
• In cases of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• In cases of registration using false information.
• Evidence of account use by a minor is found.
• At the member's request for security reasons.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

10Responsible Gaming

Badjili Claude places the highest priority on Responsible Gaming. We want our members to enjoy gaming as entertainment, not let it become an addiction.

Our responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

12Dispute Resolution

Should a dispute arise between Badjili Claude and a member, the following process will be followed:

1. Step 1: Contact our support team directly to resolve your issue. The majority of problems are resolved at this stage.
2. Step Two: If your issue is not resolved by support, you may escalate it to the management team. A response will be provided within 72 hours.
3. Step 3: Mediation through a neutral third party, subject to the agreement of both parties.

In disputes regarding game outcomes, server logs will serve as the final evidence. Badjili Claude retains all logs and may present them to the member if required.

13Changes to Terms and Conditions

Badjili Claude reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Members will be notified via email or in-app notification before any significant changes take effect.
• Minor changes may take effect without prior notice.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will always reflect the most recent changes.
